Yes. The formula is intentionally free of fragrance, essential oils, and known irritants. We recommend patch testing first, as every skin story is personal.
It wears like a second skin, subtle, luminous, and effortless beneath makeup. Avoid layering with water-based formulas directly on top, as this can disrupt the finish and cause pilling.
The formula is designed with lightweight, non-comedogenic oils that absorb quickly. It nourishes without congestion.
Yes. The 30ml aluminum bottle is designed to move with you, intentionally sized to meet TSA requirements without compromising on longevity.
The bottle is made from recyclable aluminum, paired with a recyclable plastic pump. Vernell is also a member of the PACT Collective, supporting responsible beauty packaging disposal.

How Sweet It Is is developed and produced in the United States in partnership with a lab that prioritizes clean formulation standards, ethical sourcing, and responsible manufacturing. Each batch is crafted under strict quality and safety guidelines, with a focus on transparency, sustainability, and ingredient integrity at every step.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States, with plans to expand internationally soon.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and selected method at checkout.
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey.

Orders & Payment
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Shop Pay and other secure checkout options available through Shopify.
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
You will receive email updates throughout the process, including confirmation and shipping details with tracking.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please reach out to us at care@vernell.com.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and all discounted items are considered final sale. For products that have been opened, a $5 processing fee will be applied.
If your order originally qualified for complimentary shipping and a return brings your total below that threshold, the cost of standard shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All returned items are reviewed upon receipt. We reserve the right to decline refunds that do not meet our return criteria. Vernell is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Orders sent to freight forwarding services are not eligible for refunds or replacements once delivered.
If your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.
Once a package is marked as delivered, Vernell is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location.
